把 day/main5/smoke 旧配置做 semantic alias 或 archive 计划。
先不硬搬，避免破坏测试。
目标是让 protocols/ 真正成为入口，而不是摆设。
补 baseline registry 全量调研
现在 registry 是 scaffold，还不是真正“全量 2025/2026 baseline”。需要再系统查一轮，把所有相关 baseline 加进 registry，并标注：
