做 server-ready adapter skeleton：为 registry 里优先级最高的 ProSpero、DPLM-2、GLID2E、ESM3、DiMA、METL 先搭 external/*/run_adapter.py 的统一输入输出壳子和 blocker report 生成器。这样用户上服务器前，本地就能做到“所有 baseline 都有可调用命令；能跑的跑，不能跑的自动产出正式 blocker report”。
